Pumpkin Spice

It's officially September, which is totally freaking me out because I feel like it was just yesterday I was celebrating the New Year. But September also marks the beginnings of Autumn, which means pumpkin spice. Pumpkin spice lattes, cupcakes, muffins, pancakes, ohh the possibilities! {Starbucks, Sprinkles, and Einstein's have their pumpkin products} Even though Arizona doesn't know what Autumn is, I still like to celebrate! What are your favorite things to cook pumpkin with??
